Community Guidelines

  1. Respectful Behavior: We encourage all members to treat each other with respect, empathy, and kindness. No hate speech, trolling, or harassment will be tolerated in any form.

  2. Inclusivity: Our community is inclusive of all people, and we do not discriminate against any race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or disability. We value diversity and strive to create a safe space where everyone can feel heard and supported.

  3. Empathy: We encourage all members to be mindful of the experiences and perspectives of others. We understand that people come from different backgrounds and may have varying opinions. Let us listen, learn, and support each other with empathy.

  4. Confidentiality: What happens in the community, stays in the community. We ask that members respect each other's privacy and do not share personal information without consent.

  5. Constructive Feedback: We encourage members to offer constructive feedback to each other in a respectful manner. We value honest and open communication, and we believe that it helps us grow and learn from each other.

  6. No Promotion: Our community space is not designed for self-promotion or selling of products/services. Any kind of solicitation is not allowed.

  7. Compliance with Rules: All members must comply with these community guidelines, and any other rules or policies that may be introduced. Failure to comply may result in being permanently banned from the community.

We hope these guidelines will help create a positive and supportive community space for all members.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using or participating in the Sista Circle community, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules that may be introduced.

  2. Eligibility: To use and participate in the Sista Circle community, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use and participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  3. Prohibited Use: All information and materials on the Sista Circle community are the intellectual property of Sista Circle and are protected by copyright laws. The unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any information or materials in the community is strictly prohibited.

  4. User Content: By using or participating in the Sista Circle community, you agree to allow Sista Circle to use any user-generated content you share in the community, including but not limited to comments, feedback, and ideas.

  5. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent. However, we may share non-personally identifiable information for statistical purposes.

They do not constitute legal, medical, or professional advice. We are not responsible for any actions taken by users based on the information provided in the community.

  7. Limitation of Liability: Sista Circle is not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of the community, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
